The St. John’s Soccer Club is accepting application for Micro and House League programs.

Micro and House League Summer Program
35 hours a week. The hours are Monday to Thursday from 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 8pm and Friday from 8am to 2pm. Located at the Ayre Athletic soccer field and/or Churchill Square soccer field. Extra hours may be available for staff on Saturday mornings at KGV.
From 11am to 3pm, staff will be required to run the micro program for kids 3 to 6 years old. This program consists on playing fun skills and drills and a soccer game. Staff must encourage and help teach players the basic rules of soccer.
From 5pm to 8pm, there will be games played at 5:30pm and 6:45pm. Staff will be required to organize games for age groups U7 to U16. Staff may be required to coach, ref or field marshal one or both evenings at Ayre Athletic and/or Churchill Sq.
On Friday’s, staff will have to organize and run drills for house league players who decide to come to “Skills and Drills”. Drills must be soccer related and staff should be comfortable enough to run a drill by themselves.
Applicants should be familiar with the rules for soccer and should be comfortable with explaining the rules to players/parents. Applicants should have the knowledge to be able to organize and run a soccer drill. Staff will be required to run around / demonstrate drills. Staff are expected to work 35 hours per week.
