Under 7 – Under 11 Program

The program is structured to align with Canada Soccer’s Grassroots Standards, ensuring that chrildren are given the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in the game. Through training, league play, and special events, our Under 7 to Under 11 players gain not only technical and tactical skills, but also develop confidence, friendships, and a passion for soccer that will last a lifetime.

During the fall and winter months, these age groups train indoors at the Techniplex, where players continue to build their skills in a structured and supportive environment. Training sessions are designed to focus on player development, teamwork, and fostering a love of the game, ensuring that each child is well prepared for the outdoor season.

From spring through summer, players practice outdoors and take part in regular Metro League weekends. These events provide the opportunity to compete against other clubs, offering players valuable game experience in a fun, competitive, and age-appropriate setting.

In addition to league play, our Under 7 to Under 11 teams participate in the NLSA Soccer Festival and a variety of other events throughout the year. These festivals celebrate the grassroots spirit of the game, bringing young players together to enjoy soccer in a positive and inclusive environment.
