We are pleased to announce that online registration for our Metro League player identification sessions (Under 7 – Under 13) and team tryouts for our Premier Youth League (PYL) teams (Under 12 – Under 17) will commence on Friday, September 1st.

Note: New tryout dates and times for our Under 17 teams will be posted soon. These changes are due to the NLSA Provincial Team tryouts.

The registration fee is $25.00 per person.

Throughout the seasons of fall, winter, and spring, participants in each age group will train twice a week at the Techniplex. As we transition into the spring and summer months, our teams will compete in the Metro League (Under 7 – Under 13) and the Premier Youth League (Under 12 – Under 17).

Age Groups Based on Birth Years

  • Under 7 – Born 2017
  • Under 8 – Born 2016
  • Under 9 – Born in 2015
  • Under 11 – Born 2013 & 2014
  • Under 12 – Born 2012
  • Under 13 – Born in 2011
  • Under 15 – Born in 2009 & 2010
  • Under 17 – Born 2007 & 2008
